LIRON Alu-Flex Slab Formwork is one of the fastest early stripping decking system consists of 6061-T6 aluminium frame panel, early stripping head, truss bracing and shoring prop. Due to its portable panel and easy assembly sequence, workers can operate them efficiently without any crane assitance.

Specification of Alu-Flex Slab Formwork

  • Formwork panel is made from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy frame lined with 10mm TECON-Form birch plywood, the panel depth is 142mm

  • Panel length: 1800 / 1200 / 900 / 750 mm; Panel width: 1800 / 1200 / 900 / 750 / 600 mm

  • The Aluflex panel weights around 17.6 kg/sqm

  • Medium duty prop, D class or E class heavy duty prop following EN1065 standard as the shoring

  • For different slab thicknesses up to 700mm
